The Tirimi Dual Delta Robots Packing Station series of packing workstations are designed around the core concept of multiple Delta robots working in parallel to create an efficient, flexible, and intelligent automated packaging solution. The series includes three products: RPS-01D, RPS-02D, and RPS-03D. All models feature either top-mounted suspension or compact layout designs, combined with high-precision vision guidance systems and modular architectures, making them suitable for various product forms such as bagged, bottled, and small to medium-sized components.

Among them, the RPS-01D achieves high-speed top-loading into boxes through dual-robot collaboration, accommodating flexible requirements across multiple industries; the RPS-02D, equipped with a 4-axis robot and dual-head operation, achieves a grasping rate of 80 times per minute while maintaining hygienic design standards; The RPS-03D employs multi-robot collaboration and Reflex multi-piece grasping technology to achieve an ultra-high throughput of 600 pieces per minute. The entire series supports quick changeovers and seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment, widely applied in industries such as food, automotive parts, and cosmetics, significantly enhancing packaging line efficiency and automation levels while reducing labor costs.
