RPS-01D Packing Workstation

The Tirimi RPS-01D packing workstation is based on a parallel Delta robot design with a top-mounted suspension layout, which takes up little floor space and has a compact structure. The system supports high-speed packing of various product forms, such as bagged, bottled, cast film packaging, soft bags, and canned products, and adapts to flexible packaging requirements. The overall system has a high level of automation and high throughput, which can significantly improve the efficiency of the end of the packaging line and meet the needs of continuous high-speed production in different industries.

The system adopts a dual parallel robot arm architecture, with two Delta parallel robots (developed by Tirimi) working in tandem; the entire system is installed on the ground to optimize workshop space utilization.   • Dual parallel robots: Two high-speed parallel robots are responsible for picking up products and loading them into boxes. They feature a simple structure, fast response speed, and support lightweight, high-frequency operations;

  • Servo conveyor system: A servo conveyor belt with positioning devices is used to stably transport products and empty boxes, achieving precise orientation;

  • Vision system: Equipped with fully automatic vision guidance, the camera and control system are integrated to locate products in mixed-flow conditions, enabling precise grasping alignment and path compensation;

  • Automatic box opening/sealing machine (optional): Can integrate automatic box opening and sealing machines to achieve end-to-end fully automated packaging processes from box opening, loading, to sealing.

These modules work together to form a complete automatic packing solution that seamlessly connects with upstream packaging machines and downstream palletizing or logistics equipment.

  • High-precision visual guidance: An advanced multi-angle visual system synchronously guides the robot's grasping, achieving high visual positioning accuracy and stable grasping and packing even during high-speed movement.
